NAD+ comes with alcohol wipes, injection instructions, sterile syringes, and is provided in reconstituted vials for daily use, five days on and two days off, typically Monday through Friday. This cycle provides 20 injections per month, administered subcutaneously in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. Some choose to inject intramuscularly three times per week (let us know in the cart notes what you prefer to send proper dosages and syringes).  Please follow all included instructions and refrigerate syringes until use. NAD+ starts at a low dose to minimize side effects, then is gradually increased for the best results. Common starting doses include: 30 mg. Dosages are increased based on tolerance and treatment goals. 

For added convenience, you can choose to receive your peptides in prefilled, ready-to-use syringes.
