Dr. Nick Sudano
Dr. Nicholas Sudano is the owner of Total Health Solutions, a functional medicine center in Milton, Georgia. For over 31 years Dr. Sudano has helped thousands of clients reverse chronic health conditions and restore their health using cutting-edge technology that gets to the root cause of the problem, as well as educates his patients on true health and wellness.
Over the years Dr. Sudano has helped his clients overcome various disease processes, however, his main focus of practice is helping people reverse diabetes, lower their A1C, lose weight and live longer healthier, and more abundant lives.
His revolutionary Metabolic Healing Diet, combined with his clients’ own DNA and Food Sensitivity Analysis is truly cutting edge in nutrition optimization! This combination is without a doubt the “secret weapon” to all his clients’ success!
He has extensive public speaking experience. Dr. Sudano has appeared numerous times on live TV as a health expert, and had his own radio show called True Health Atlanta. and his YouTube channel Total Health with Dr. Nick has over 200K subscribers. He also has an extensive community outreach program, where he speaks to various organizations and participates in wellness conferences and local health-related events.
Dr. Sudano is happily married to his wife Katy for 25 years and is the proud dad of five beautiful children.

Katy Sudano is the wife of Dr. Nick Sudano, the mother of five amazing, healthy, and beautiful kids. She is a certified technician of BrainCore Neurofeedback and also coaches individuals in health and success in their lives through strategic life coaching skills where she trained and received her certification under the Robbins-Madanes Training with Tony Robbins. She manages all administrative, marketing, and events in their office in Milton, Ga. She published her first book, "Truth Gives Strength To Wings" which has become an Amazon Bestseller in 3 categories. Her book is about faith, love, and finding happiness through adversity.
She is now a Realtor® devoted to helping people find their dream homes and get top-dollar selling homes!
She has been an advocate for preventing child sexual abuse and has volunteered her time at VOICE Today as a former board member and as their Spanish spokesperson and facilitator of workshops. She has been a model, and actor for Real People Models and Talent for many years. She was on the Local Advisory Council (LSAC) for Fulton County Schools. She speaks 4 languages and is passionate about helping people while she continues to go above and beyond for her family, patients, her life coach, and her real estate clients.

Alexandria Sudano
Alexandria graduated from Milton High School. She has an incredible entrepreneurial mind and has started her own online travel business called Emperia Travel. She is passionate about helping people make incredible life memories and understands that making memories includes having a healthy lifestyle. She loves working at Total Health Solutions with her family to promote and help those that are seeking the best solutions for improving their health. She is the light of our practice and our family, always making sure the office is running smoothly and that the patients are comfortable and happy.
She has been a small group leader for the teens at our local church, Northpoint Church. She is passionate about leaving a lasting impression on our youth through her experiences, grace, and compassion for others.
In her spare time, she loves to travel (of course) and to create incredibly unique video collections. She loves to read, and exercise and she happens to be a great baker as well. Her sanctuary is the beach.
