I believe that we are all diamonds.
We have all endured heat and pressure. We have all felt dark, misshaped, and overlooked. Sometimes, we just need a jeweler who can help us learn to sparkle.
I became a Robbins-Madanes Strategic Interventionist Life Coach when I saw how quickly Tony Robbins could help people resolve the negative beliefs and attitudes holding them back and move in the direction they really want to go. His techniques focus on fulfilling six core human needs. By addressing these needs head-on, he transformed their lives—on the spot.
While learning the Robbins-Madanes system, I went through some head-on collisions of my own and realized that my past does not dictate my present or my future. For example, when I understood Tony’s explanation of how our core needs can be met through negative reactions or positive responses, I knew I had been trying to fulfill my top two needs through negative thinking and made a conscious decision to find positive ways to meet these needs. Everything changed after that. I’m a diamond learning to sparkle, and so are you.
I became a life coach because helping others who have had experiences similar to mine fulfills one of my highest needs. I was a child of divorce, a latch-key kid, sexually molested by a step-father, and emotionally and verbally abused. As a teenager, I lived with different family members, was raped by a virtual stranger, and lived in different countries, cultures, and continents, including a civil-war-torn country. To survive confusing parenting styles, I became a human chameleon. As a young adult, I married in a foreign country, had my son kidnapped from me, then escaped with him to the U.S. With my second husband I had four daughters, endured financial upheaval, built and rebuilt a business, and endured my extended family’s disapproval. During all this time, my father’s obsession with obtaining wealth and political power grew, rather than building a relationship with me.
Working with Tony’s system changed my beliefs and attitudes about these events and gave me the tools and techniques to help others become who they really want to be. My clients are typically well-functioning, well-rounded individuals from all walks of life. They may want more self-confidence and opportunities to grow, or release their anger over past experiences, stop being afraid, or lose weight and adopt healthier habits.
Similar to athletes who want to be the best, everyone needs a coach, not only when we are challenged with life situations, but when we are strong and want greater success. A good life coach also helps us inspire others, make a difference, and create a legacy for the people in our sphere of influence. A good life coach helps us clear our own path and walk with us as we find and follow our own answers.
Like a diamond in the mine ready to be revealed, I can help you express your own precious qualities. As your life coach, I am on this journey with you.

Truth Gives Strength To Wings
It’s all in the Journal
Against an international landscape of power, affluence, and fear Truth Gives Strength to Wings, the creative memoir by child sex abuse prevention advocate, Katy Sudano, breathes life into the tormented soul of a young woman who defied the odds and defined what it means to dig deep for strength, passion, and love of life. Katy's refusal to allow the abuse of her past to interfere with an insatiable desire to find happiness and break the vicious cycle of abandonment that nearly had destroyed her entire world is a testament to her extraordinary determination. Enter Katy's world, as she unlocks her true colors--the pure essence of who she is–despite the terrifying examples forced upon her as a young girl. Broken and afraid, she discovers a strength she never knew existed and built enough trust in herself to take those first tiny steps away from what she knew could not be. Those first few steps ultimately led to acts of inspirational boldness, and with the unexpected help of strangers and a little guidance from her alter-ego, she finds the strength to expand her broken wings, take off running, and soar.
